Quiet, Idyllic property set on a 20 acre Equestrian Property.
Description
We have a beautiful 2 bed-room Log Cottage located 15 minutes from Rangiora in Swannanoa. It is set on our 20 acre equestrian property with views of the mountains and paddocks. The cottage comprises of a full kitchen. We also have a Stable apartment, with a kitchenette and spacious seating and dining area and Queen sized bunk beds plus we have a studio unit with a separate toilet and shower. We can also cater for horse trucks and horses on request.

Directions
From Christchurch / Airport: Follow SH1 North towards Picton. Once you have passed over the Waimakariri Bridge take the Tram Road exit towards Ohoka/Oxford (This is the first exit after the bridge). At the junction turn left onto Tram Road. After about 11.6km No 10 Road will be on your right. We are the third driveway on the left. There is a sign for The Log Cottage at the end of the driveway. Our property is then the second on the left. Look for the large black gates.
From Rangiora: Head West on High Street/Inland Scenic Route towards Oxford. Turn left into Swannanoa Road, after about 2.9km this becomes Two Chain Road. After a further 2km turn left into Pattersons Road. Take the first right into No 10 Road. Our driveway is on the right after about 1.7km. There is a sign for The Log Cottage at the end of the driveway. Our property is then the second on the left. Look for the large black gates.
Cancellation Policy
If Cancelled greater than 7 days before arrival 50 Percent of the total amount. If Cancelled greater than 1 days before arrival 100 Percent of the total amount.
